Welcome to Married Couples Coaching Couples (“MCCC”). By accessing our website, programs, coaching services, or any related content, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1.  Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with MCCC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

2.  Services Provided

MCCC offers coaching services, courses, workshops, and resources designed to support married couples in their journey of healing and restoration after infidelity. Our coaching services are not a substitute for licensed therapy or professional legal or financial advice.

3.  Eligibility

Our services are intended for married couples and individuals seeking guidance in infidelity recovery. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4.  Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share any personal information without explicit consent, except as required by law. However, MCCC cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality due to the nature of digital communications.

5.  Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching services are designed for educational and informational purposes only. MCCC does not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Any decisions you make based on our coaching sessions are your responsibility.

6.  Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments for courses, coaching sessions, and programs must be made in advance unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds are granted under specific conditions, as outlined in our program agreements.
• The Full Coaching Package includes a satisfaction guarantee: “If you don’t love each other again, you don’t pay.” Terms and conditions for this guarantee are detailed in the program agreement.

7.  Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

8.  Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive and respectful environment, we expect all participants to:

• Communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse.
• Follow all program guidelines and respect the coaches and other participants.

Failure to comply with these expectations may result in termination of services without refund.

9.  Intellectual Property

All content provided by MCCC, including course materials, worksheets, videos, and other resources, is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written permission from MCCC.

10.  Limitation of Liability

MCCC and its coaches are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Your engagement with MCCC is at your own risk.

11.  Changes to Terms & Conditions

MCCC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
