Married Couples Coaching Couples (MCCC) – Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

Welcome to Married Couples Coaching Couples, Inc. (“MCCC”). By accessing our website or enrolling in any coaching programs, courses, retreats, or digital products (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.


1. Purpose of Our Programs

MCCC provides coaching, strategies, and tools to support couples and individuals as they work through infidelity recovery, rebuild trust, and restore intimacy.
Our Services include education, mentorship, guidance, and structured support. Results depend largely on your own effort, honesty, and consistency.


2. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

  • If enrolling as a couple, at least one participant must provide consent for both partners.

  • You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.


3. No Guarantees of Outcome

MCCC does not guarantee any specific result, including:

  • Saving a marriage

  • Preventing divorce

  • Reconciliation

  • Resolution of relationship conflict

Success depends on your willingness to apply the material, communicate openly, and participate fully.


4. Payment, Refunds & Chargebacks

  • All payments for Services are final and non-refundable.

  • Digital products, coaching sessions, retreats, and live programs provide immediate access or value at the time of purchase.

  • By enrolling, you waive any right to initiate a chargeback.

  • Dissatisfaction must be addressed directly with MCCC at: info@marriedcouplescoachingcouples.com.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Attend coaching sessions and events

  • Engage fully in exercises and program activities

  • Take responsibility for their own personal and relational growth

  • Apply strategies and guidance with consistency

Transformation requires effort, honesty, and active participation.


6. Coaching Disclaimer

MCCC provides coaching and educational services.
Our Services are not therapy, mental health treatment, counseling, or medical care.

Clients are solely responsible for seeking support from licensed professionals if needed, including mental health, medical, or legal experts.


7. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be scheduled through approved MCCC systems or links.

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited without refund.

  • Retreats and special events may have separate cancellation rules, which will be provided at registration.


8. Code of Conduct

Clients must:

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Avoid harassment, threats, or abusive behavior

  • Follow program guidelines

  • Treat coaches and other participants with respect

Violations may result in removal from the program or Services without refund.


9. Confidentiality & Privacy

MCCC respects client confidentiality and does not share personal information except:

  • With your explicit consent

  • With service providers under confidentiality agreements

  • When required by law (e.g., court orders or imminent safety concerns)

Digital communication platforms are not guaranteed to be fully secure. Do not send sensitive mental health or medical information unless using a secure platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials created by MCCC—including courses, videos, worksheets, templates, and digital content—are copyrighted property of MCCC.

Clients may use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reproduction, distribution, or sharing without written permission is strictly prohibited.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCCC is not liable for:

  • Emotional distress

  • Relationship outcomes

  • Financial losses

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes must be resolved in Sacramento County, California.

Optional mediation or binding arbitration may be used if both parties agree in writing.


13. Event & Retreat Policies

  • Travel costs and incidental expenses are the responsibility of participants.

  • If MCCC cancels an event, participants will be offered a refund or credit per the event’s stated policies.


14. Force Majeure

MCCC is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Internet outages

  • Government restrictions

  • Acts of God

Alternative accommodations or rescheduling may be provided when feasible.


15. GDPR / CCPA Notice

Clients located in California or the European Union may have certain rights regarding their personal data, including:

  • Access

  • Correction

  • Deletion

  • Data portability

16. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds are given for dissatisfaction, changes in availability, or partial participation.

  • Chargebacks violate this policy and may lead to collection action.

  • In rare circumstances, MCCC may choose to offer a discretionary refund within 7 days if no materials or sessions have been accessed.
